Subject: Branch Conference

This week we had branch conference, so i got out of playin the piano. So we had the two branches come by and meet and we got to see the other missionaries in our zone for a while. Also we got to go out this week witht he old couple missionaries. It was fun we just visited inactives, which there are a lot of. Besides that weve just been busy teaching. The problem is our area is huge. The town of esquipulas is about 2 to 3 times the size of cardston and we have to walk everywhere to our appointments or taxi. Which gets expensive after a while. But it was a good week we had 3 investigadores at church, good except the 3 we wanted to show up didn{t so just the life of a missionary. Also for pday this day we stayed in esquipulas and just explored. So i got some sweet picks of jesus negro and the basillica. Dad i know youll love the archeteture. so i took vid. But it was weird cause when you see jesus and after you have to walk backwards so as to not turn your back on jesus. So im now sure what the BOM means the whore of the world. after you see jesus you can write in a book about the miracles that have happened to you because you came to worship a statue of christ. Def not breaking the first commandment.
Anyway thats my rant today. Also we cleaned our apartment because the pres was coming to check on it, thats about it. But hey that pick of the pres was it of us in his apartment. Hes way shorter than i thought but hes a good man. also his apartment is way calidad. IT has carpet. You know your living big when you gots carpet in your house. Oh and funny story so we were teaching this family that has the baptism date this week and well it started raining like down pour. And his house starts leaking. So in the middle of the lesson we just stop and start trying to stop water from gettin in his house. It was interesting.
