So the biggest news is that we had our zone conference. To say the least the best i have ever been to.We had Elder James B Martino come talk to us and motivate us, which he did. So the conferenence was all about working with the members, we studied alma 8. We need to love the members because that is the connection of trust between us gringos and our investigadores, he then illustrated the point by having an all gringo par of missionaries go up to the front. That was Elder Rowan and I. He proceded to talk about diezmo and how nobody would beleive us because we´re just 2 gringo rich boys and how we need to bring a member with us. During the whole time he was pointnig his finger right in my face and giving my comp a hug. Personally scolded by a GA i think. Just kids but my knees were shaking the whole time.

And then the best part of the conference i think, Elder Martino had brought some friends with him from Zacapa. Ok let me explain something, we have our zone conference in Zacapa and elder martino when he was a missionary served in zacapa. So he knows a lot of people there and i think it was way sweet for him to be back in his old area. So he brought some people from that ward with him. Like recent converts, and forever long members. He then went and showed us how to take out references from each kind of person. IT was amazing, changed my whole perspective on how to do missionary work and how to work with the members.

After the conference almost everybody in our district is getting sick, my comp is not feeling too hot. and we had a baptism to prepare for, and at like the last minute our branch presitdente had us go take fotos of all the moms in the ward for this mother days activity. So that took up forever of our time and we were hecka stressed getting the baptism organized and ready and taking fotos and makeing our citas. It was kind of stressful week end but sunday ended good.
