So big news, got a new email as now the church has alined with gmail for their email system. So thats nice.
This week lets see, well today for pday we went to the coin musuem here in guatemala. It was kind of lame but cool to see how their monetary system eevolved. So that was fun, but this week was week 2 of Elder Martinez. Funny story, well not really funny its just that he waits for me to tell him to do stuff. Like during lunch one day when i was cleaning the dishes he just stood there watching me for like at least 5 minutes. Until i told him he could go read something. He´s a funny kid, reminds me of how much a goober i was before the mission. Now i´m cool, well i like to think so. So this upcoming week we got a baptism of the 11 year old girl. It should be good and go without a problem, now the family next month we´re hoping. The only bad thing is now the bishop and ward mission leader think that baptisms will come through patience. That is part of it sometimes but really its all about references. Note the bishop is a really good guy just that he´s still a greenie in the church.(only 5 years) He´s such a jolly guy though once he had us over for dinner and he´s all Elder Blaszczyk here in guatemala we have a saying , a happy heart is a happy stomach. And then downed 3 plates of eggs and beans. ITs a good thing that for him to go to his house and to work everyday he has to climb these killer stairs. everyday we get such a good work out from those stairs.
So this week holds for us a lot of contacting and a baptism. So it should be fun. A lot of contacting because well we don´t have a lot of investigadores right now so we´re hoping to find some more and get a couple references. Cool thing that did happen this week, these two young men in the ward brought their frined out of the blue to church so hopefully a new family to teach. But these 2 boys have the weirdest parents. Or so says all the members and from what they tell me ya they´re weird. Like they don´t attend the first sunday of every month because they don´t like the repitous testimonies. Anyway.
