So just a quick note today is burn the devil day so tonight we´re going to see a lot of people burning pinatas of the devil. It´s some crazy guate tradition.
As for this week its been kind of plain. But we did teach this sweet lesson with girl named jenifer. Her mom is a member but not her dad. She´s 14 and still not baptized yet she comes to church faithfully. THe weird thing was we thought she was a member until last week when a member told us she wasn´t. What a surprise so we started teaching here. I´ve found out how effective it is when you work with members. Lessons will just go better when there´s members involved. Also 3 of the families that we are teaching aren´t married so this week has kind of been commiting them to marriage. So this next couple of weeks we´ll be haveing some weddings. That should be fun. Althought guate weddings really are just a big family gathering with of course food. So no outragous traditions.
Really this week has been really a apifany week. Because my comp and i have been really busting out our best work to bring the ward back into the missionary swing. And there have def. been miracles in the change of the ward. Still a lot of work but they are a lot more friendly to our investidadores than when i first started here and they´re starting to come teach with us. Little by little. But I love it just seeing the change in the ward.
But nothing much really more, working hard.
